Ebay Lately: Hollywood Regency

By Heather @home_modern

Hi everyone. I’m back from New York and wanted to share a couple of finds from eBay over the past month or so. First is this Dorothy Draper chest.

It’s from eBay, had free shipping and was way too good of a deal to pass up. The listing had actually ended and I e-mailed the seller who let me buy it for a very good price. I’ve seen these used for anything from a changing table to an entry way console, so it’s definitely versatile.

I also found this pair of marked ceramic Afghan hounds.

These are pretty substantial at 12 inches tall. They sort of remind me of these Staffordshire dogs that are all over eBay and would be cool to collect.

I also fell madly in love with these lamps.

There was a day left and no one had bid on them, so I thought I would take them home without a fight. But several other people had the same idea and bid them from $25 up to nearly $250, so they are not mine. They reminded me of this Cloverdale vase from Kate Spade that I love.
