I saw this cute idea on The Pink Doormat and thought they would make for a better advent calendar than the matchbox one from last year. (While they looked adorable, the matchboxes were much harder to fill since they were so small.) Leftover party favors, some washi tape for simple decorations and a circle label for the numbers and I was done in a flash.
