Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

Freeze Butter, Combine Ingredients: Place the butter in the freezer for 15 minutes. In the meantime, in a large bowl, mix the flour with salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Set aside.
