I think one of my favorite places in New York to walk around during the day so far was East Village. I loved that it wasn’t too commercial there, all kinds of cute little streets and shops, GREAT vintage shopping and cute little places to eat. These are pictures from Tuesday when I was there, a super hot day when I wore some of my new buys. I already had a pair of vintage Levi’s shorts that were close to perfect but now I’ve finally found the perfect ones, because the ones I had are kind of on the short side (read: I couldn’t really bend over in public) and these I can roll up and are the perfect length. Also, my new Supreme stuff – one can never have too many good basics right? My outfits here are quite easy – shoes I can walk on all day, and it’s super hot so the less layers, the best.
Today I went to Brooklyn for the first time in my life which was quite good but would have been even better if it wasn’t raining all day. Nonetheless, there are so many cool areas in NY, both in Brooklyn and in Manhattan that you really need to take the time for to stroll around and find cute little places to eat and shop around a random corner, so I’m really happy that I’m here for 8 days and have the time to do that. Getting ready for another day in this pretty big apple as we speak! Happy Thursday sweeties!
