Air Canada/Aeroplan are offering up to 25,000 bonus Aeroplan Miles if you book flights within North America before mid-March to fly by end of April. However, the Miles will not come that easily: there is considerable amount of flying to do.
You will have to do a minimum of three segments to get the minimum amount of 1,500 Aeroplan Miles as a bonus. And you will need to do a whopping 21 segments to get all the 25,000 Miles. The flights can be within Canada or between Canada and the USA, the Caribbean and Mexico.
The tickets have to be booked on a flex or higher fare basis. You will have to book by March 15, 2016, to fly before April 30, 2016. But between Marcy 24 and March 29 the points cannot be used as they have been declared as blackout dates.

25,000 Aeroplan Points will allow you the following travels:
15,000 Miles – Canada and Continental USA Short Haul Economy Class
20,000 Miles – Canada and Continental USA Short Haul Premium Economy Class
25,000 Miles – Canada and Continental USA Long Haul Economy Class
