The Oklahoma City Thunder and the Denver Nuggets squared off tonight on ESPN in OKC. After four qaurters and an overtime session, the Thunder beat the Nuggets by six points, tallying the final result score being: OKC-124, DEN-118.
But that wasn’t the headline of this story.
Kevin Durant dropped a career-high 51 points as Russell Westbrook–Durant’s partner in crime–gave the team a boost with his very own set of 40 points. (That’s 91 of OKC’s total 124 points coming from those two–jeesh.)
