Yet another dubbing weekend in Tollywood, Yes all the three major releases this week Verudokkade, Bhadram, Citizen are dubbed films. Ajith’s Super Hit Veeram released for pongal in Tamil Nadu has been dubbed and is releasing in Telugu as ‘Veerudokkade’ tomorrow. Shiva who is well known in Tollywood for Shouryam, Shankham, Daruvu has directed this film. Along with Ajith names like Thamanna, Devi Sree Prasad will help to draw decent crowds to theatres for this weekend.
Another Tamil dubbing releasing this Friday is ‘Bhadram’. Successful thriller Thegidi has made its way to Telugu as ‘Bhadram’ and is from the Makers who are known for films like Pizza, Villa. Ashok Selvan and Janani Iyer acted in lead roles. This film was directed by debutante P. Ramesh. As this type of genre has limited audience and became Hit in Tamil, we can expect good reception from urban, city crowds.
Third Tamil dubbing film releasing tomorrow is ‘Citizen’, telugu version of Tamil Ivan VeraMathiri. ‘Citizen’ has Vikram Prabhu, son of Prabhu who was earlier appeared in Gajaraju in lead role. Saravanan whose last film Journey, a super hit in Telugu has directed this flick. This successful revenge thriller is based on real incidents happened in Chennai.
