Dubai will host the region’s first Metaverse event to explore the digital economy, and find out how governments, businesses and communities can harness the vast potential of this ubiquitous medium.
Dubai Metaverse Assembly event by the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) and under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of DFF, at the Future Museum and AREA 2071 on 28, and It will be held on September 29.
In this event, 300 experts from all over the world and more than 40 institutions with specialized activities in metaverse and applications of virtual worlds will be present. More than 30 local and international leaders are expected to speak at the two-day event.
More than 25 meetings, sessions, and workshops will be held during the event, which will discuss a variety of topics: from building a strong and scalable infrastructure for the metaverse to creating serious and business-friendly regulations, and providing government services in the digital world.
The actions that large technology companies and the private sector must take to develop an industry whose value can exceed 30 trillion dollars in 15 years will be discussed at a gathering of leading experts in this field at the Dubai Metaverse Assembly.
