Dubai supercar start-up MContent sells its NFTs named ‘Project Black’ in a few minutes. This collection has the initial NFTs owned by internationally distributed supercar in partnership with NFT Artist Idriss B.

The first NFT series kicked off last Friday, April 22, with Super Car Blondie and Arab GT hosting the start of the event. MCcontent sold ownership of the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series to 12 NFT buyers.

Holders will receive digital and physical NFT artwork designed by Idriss B, whose artist clients are Akon, Lindsey Lohan, and Snoop Dogg. Most essentially, they will own and drive a Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series for one month every year. This model, with a handmade engine and more than 700 horsepower, is of interest to car enthusiasts.

Within a few years, MContent will resell the car and distribute the value to its NFT holders. In addition, MContent stated that it will donate a certain amount of the NFT sales revenue to the Rashid Center for determined individuals.

“The Web3 is designed to provide scalable and innovative solutions to bridge supply, demand, cost-effectiveness and budget gaps in a variety of industries around the world,” said Umair Masoom, founder and CEO of MContent. At Project Black, we have a starting point for selling product experiences to more customers than we have in stock”.

Huge car companies in the world are here to stay in the NFT space. Luxury automaker Lamborghini has auctioned off its latest Aventador coupe with a 1: 1 NFT. In addition, Ferrari announced a multi-year agreement with Velas Network to develop NFTs as well. Finally, McLaren enlisted the help of Infinite World to launch its NFT supercars.
