A senior police officer said that the wife of organized drug trafficker Nadun Chinthaka Wickramaratne alias Harak Kata, is to be arrested and brought to Sri Lanka.
Nadun Chinthaka was arrested in Madagascar and brought to Sri Lanka on March 15 along with organised criminal and drug dealer Salindu Malshita alias Panadura Kudu Salidu.
The senior officer said that at present the two criminals are detained by the Criminal Investigation Department and they are being interrogated under detention orders.
Based on the information revealed by Nadun Chinthaka during the questioning, his wife will be arrested with the help of the International Police and brought back to Sri Lanka very soon for further investigations.
