I choose at the beginning of the year to cut out diet soda entirely. I was drinking a ton of diet soda everyday and I knew that it wasn’t good for me. However, I did it anyhow. I can’t believe that I was able to give up diet soda cold turkey. I take this bottle often with me on the go. I don’t want to be tempted to buy a diet soda on the go and I don’t always like the taste of tap water. I love that when it is closed it doesn’t spill. It also fits in the cup holders in the car too.
