Undoubtedly, the most fun part of Halloween is the costumes! Pulling inspiration from your favorite things, putting together your costumes, going to parties to show off your creations. I love spending October going to thrift shops to hunt for the perfect pieces for my costume each year.
In the spirit of our Etsy shop feature we did this week, we’re featuring some of our dream Halloween costumes. These are simply breathtaking. If only we could create something this cool!
First up is this Effie Trinkett costume from Deconstuctress. This literally took our breath away when we found it:
The next one is also inspired by The Hunger Games. It’s Katniss’s “Girl on Fire” costume from the tribute parade from RetroSewCo:
The next one is inspired by Harry Potter. Other than “he-who-must-not-be-named” himself, one of the greatest villains from Harry Potter is Bellatrix LeStrange, played by Helena Bonham-Carter in the movies. I found this Bellatrix LeStrange costume from Bbeauty79 and was shocked, it looks just like a replica from the movie!
