DPRK state media reported on 3 February (Monday) that Premier Pak Pong Ju visited the Posan Iron Works and the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex. Pak toured Posan Iron Works, which is part of the Ch’o'llima Steel Complex, where he was briefed about construction and took “necessary measures.” Pak also visited Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex, touring the steel shop to “learn in detail about the production and modernization of the production processes.” Pak convened a meeting with managers and employees which discussed “issues of putting the complex on a higher Chuch’e-oriented and modern basis.”
