If anyone wants to enter the NHB field then pass this exam and to complete this exam you will need a Horticulture Officer course which is given below.

The NHB Senior Horticulture Officer exam is in two parts and each exam is of 100 marks.


  • There will be separate answer sheets for each part.
  • A negative marking of 1/3 will be applied on both parts.
  • There will be no break between the two parts.

Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines:  Horticulture  Agriculture  - Post-harvest Technology  Agriculture Economics  Agriculture Engineering  - Post-harvest Management Food Technology Food Science

Additional RequirementsNo minimum percentage is required for graduation.

Physical FitnessMust meet the required physical standards set by the NHB.
