Donald Trump is expected to attend the late Evangelist Billy Graham’s funeral on Friday, according to, DeMoss a spokesperson for the Graham family.
On Monday, former President George W. Bush and his wife, Laura Bush will be in Charlotte to pay their respects, according to DeMoss.
A spokesperson for the Bush family said the couple would not be able to make the March 2 funeral due to a previous commitment.
The Bush family will visit with the Graham family and pay their respects to the evangelical leader at the Graham Family Homeplace.
“A great man, a humble servant, and a shepherd to millions has passed on. Billy Graham was a consequential leader. He had a powerful, captivating presence and a keen mind. He was full of kindness and grace. His love for Christ and his gentle soul helped open hearts to the Word, including mine. Laura and I are thankful for the life of Billy Graham, and we send our heartfelt condolences to the Graham family.”

DeMoss, also noted that he does not know whether any other former presidents will attend the funeral service.
Graham died on Wednesday at his home in Montreat, North Carolina, he was 99.
Graham’s body will lie in repose at the Billy Graham Library on Monday and Tuesday and then taken to D.C. to lie in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda on Wednesday and Thursday.
A private funeral and burial will take place on Friday afternoon.
