Can angels travel at the speed of light? Yes, the correct answer would be. Consider that radiation travels at the speed of light. Radiation is energy and we can understand it when it hits our skin and causes sun burn. They are potential energy when light waves pass through space. When these light waves hit an object, they become kinetic energy and burn an object like our skin. Therefore consider this, when they move into space at the speed of light or are greater, angels are potential energy. But when they collide with a plant's environment, they become kinetic energy, which makes them viewable by human or foreign eyes.
Radiation such as the light we use to see travels through space in a vacuum or near vacuum. It travels at the speed of light, which is about 186,000 miles per second. However there is no mass of light and other parts of the spectrum, such as UV radiation. So theoretically these forms of energy can travel faster than the speed of light, which is an astonishing 300,000 km per second. Light waves traveling at any speed have no mass nor any momentum. As a result there will be no energy required to start and accelerate their pace. In fact radiation would be instantaneous to reach 300000 kmph.
We see the vastness of the universe when we look into the night sky. An unlimited number of stars and galaxies are represented before us. Astronomers told us that the universe is so large that it makes the light form the farthest part to reach us in millions of years. In fact the term light years is used when describing how the farthest object is from Earth. The term light year refers to the distance that light can travel in a year. Yet angels can travel this distance in an instant, without any time, because they can exist outside our universe. God created the universe. God and angels are not flesh. When they travel through our universe they are energy, which we consider to be potential energy. Yet we cannot fully understand their energy. It is written in Exodus 33:20 "No man can see me and live". They transcend the existence of our body. They can travel beyond the speed of light and their speed is instantaneous relative to our speed.
