DLSA Dhubri Recruitment Posts Details

1. Name of Post: Legal Aid Counsel – For Civil/ Criminal

Total no Posts: 01 nos.

Education Qualification: Law Graduate with Computer Knowledge.

Pay Scale: As per NALSA guideline.

2. Name of Post: Para Legal Volunteer (PLV)

Total no Posts: 50 nos.

Educational Qualification: The applicant should pass minimum Matriculation.

Pay scale: The work of PLVs does not carry any salary, remuneration or wage except honorarium fixed by the Authority from time to time.

Other Requirements

Age Limit: Candidate should not be less then 18 years of age as on the date of the advertisement.

Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India

Age Relaxation: Category wise age relaxation will be as below followed.

OBC: 3 Years, SC: 5 Years, STP/H: 5 Years.

Application in Standard form along with other necessary document

Required Document:

• Self-attested copies of all certificates/ Mark sheets of educational and other qualifications, Age, Caste, Valid Employment Registration Card.
• Affix one copy of the recent self-attested passport size photograph.

The Application Will Enclose Self Self Addressed Envelop (22cm X 10cm) Affixing Postal Stamp Of Rs. 10/- Along Clearly Mentioning Their Postal Address Of Communication Along With The Application.

Necessary documents as mentioned in the advertisement should be submitted to the Office of the District Legal Services Authority (DLAS), Dhubri.
