DIY Projects I Plan On Working for Room Decorations

By Berrycreamie @mhi1106
Ever since I got my own room when we moved to our new house, I planned on decorating it myself. Being a student means that you have a limited source of money. It’s a good thing that you can always do the decorating yourself and with all the DIY videos on YouTube, it’s much easier know your way around. When you do things yourself, it feels different as when you buy it, there’s pride in that certain things and you appreciate it more. As much as possible, I want to do the decorating materials myself and these are the top 3 projects I planned on working.

Light up Makeup Mirror

Who doesn’t want this beauty? I have seen a couple of DIY videos of a light up makeup mirror and watching it seems very easy, but it’s really not. Do I have to use a composite metal panel or wood would suffice? Do I have to use an LED light or just the regular ones? This is the hardest DIY project on my list. I’m not sure if I can really make it or I will only end up buying a complete-and-ready-made set, but I’ll still try.

My room is quite small, so I don’t think buying a new bookshelf will fit in there. Since I have a very limited space, hanging bookshelves would be the best choice. It wouldn’t take so much space, plus it will also serve as a decoration on my wall.

This project is not entirely new in my list. As a matter of fact, I had one before (also DIY), but it didn’t last long. I might have used the wrong materials then. Now, I wanted to build a new light box. I’ve seen this composite wall panels supplier that has mirror aluminum and marble aluminum panels which will surely make a photo looks nice. But I’m still looking for alternatives.
How about you, do you also have DIY projects to do?
