I was inspired by British artist Roanna Wells to make this DIY embroidered cushion in a sort of cross between a bar code and tribal pattern. It’s certainly eye catching! Cushions are the easiest thing to make on a sewing machine, great for a beginer project as it takes less than an hour to do, and it’s all short, straight lines. The embroidery however, is a different story. It’s easy but it takes a while! A couple of long films will do the trick!
