DIOR BOUNCES BACK
So it seems that Dior Haute Couture has bounced back after what was a disaster of a show in 2011.
At paris Fashion week, the house revealed a lady like, elegant collection of day & evening wear suitable for almost anyone. The collection was headed by Bill Gaytten - Once friend of Christian Dior Himself. The temp’ designer brought back the vintage femininity that the house is renowned for. Classic pieces in subtle shades stayed true to the athetic of one of the biggest brands in fashion.
It seams that for now Dior will be content to work with guest designers untill it can find someone to replace the long reigning Galliano. It would be nice to see a woman head the brand for a change too… Why dont they consider me? :p
