Dim Crims: Meth chargesSteven Todd Campbell, 51, was out on bail on charges of possession of methamphetamine and obstruction of justice.  The Cowlitz County, Wash., sheriff’s office said when Campbell was asked to dump the contents of his pockets into a tray before appearing in court, he took out a three-inch pipe coated with brown residue and covered it with a piece of paper.  The deputy working the scanner recognized it as a pipe used to smoke meth.  Campbell was sent back to jail on another possession of methamphetamines charge.  [Source]  [BJS]
