The next day Uldis Keisis, 42, was back in court to be punished for driving without a license. Keisis was seen driving away by court staff in Sussex, England, after he was given his three-year ban. They tipped off police who arrested him again. For the second offense he was sentenced to eight weeks in jail suspended for 12 months. More
