Digital Manufacturing Could Reshape the Jewellery Industry

How do you like it? This is one of my favourite pieces created with the help of PRECIOUS M 080 - a purpose built machine for precious metal laser sintering recently installed at the Birmingham School of Jewellery. They are part of a collection by designerthat is 3D printed in 18 carat gold project called Lionel T Dean for the Precious, a collaboration between five companies including software provider Delcam and precious metal supplier Cooksongold.
