Annie is making a surprise appearance in today’s post! My sweet hubs loves bringing her to our photo sessions and this particular day she decided to get in EVERY SHOT. She would sit right behind me and face the camera and pose. It.was.so.cute. Even if it made the session twice as long, how can you get mad at a face like that?! I am always happy to have my little Annie Veuve on the blog!

This past fall and winter I really got into wearing blacks and greys. They were easy, minimal, chic, and took no “thinking” time in the closet. My kind of look! I still love wearing those colors but recently I have been craving a bright pop. I find myself browsing online sites and selecting to only “search” for baby blues and blush pinks. I find myself laughing that I am searing for a “pink,” when last year I banned the shade from my closet, thinking I was “too cool for pink.” I am eating my humble pie because now I can’t get enough. I think there is definitely a fine line of wearing pink – the way you style it and the shade of it. I like sticking with very minimal styling and either a blush shade or a very deep (almost coral) shade. Anywhere in between and you lose me. Coral is beautiful on most all skin tones so I have found a few options for you to shop below… hope you find something you like!
