Diet Chef - Week 2

By Catty212
My weightloss last week was fantastic but I wasn't expecting anything quite so grand this week. I've had a couple of social gatherings this week, which have involved food and all in all it's been a pretty stressful week. I've tried to make healthier choices when I've eaten things that aren't on plan but I haven't been as strict as I could have been.

I found like week much more difficult than last week. I think I've been a little blase about things, probably due to my good weightloss last week and I've struggled to get into a good pattern.

As my food stash is reducing I'm struggling to make choices from the selections that's let. I'm down to just soups left for lunch which isn't necessarily all I want when I'm at work. I think it's be easier if I had some of the protein bars left.

Saying that, I still really like the food. I've really enjoyed the curries this week.I had a Mild Tikka Massala with spring onion rice one night for tea and it was so tasty and filling.

Breakfasts are down to pretty much just porridge now, but I've really enjoyed the granolas. I'm sad I've run out. I think the pecan and treacle flavor is absolutely delicious. It's the perfect sweet burst on a morning and it feels like it's a naughty treat.

I'm sad that I've finished all of the Chocolate soft cookies. They are literally the most amazing things on the diet. I could happily eat them for every meal.

So, The Weigh In ...

A rather less dramatic 1/2 this week. I can understand why, and I'm fine with that. I'm happy it's still a loss but I'll try and up my game this week.
