Still adjusting to life without Kim Porter, Diddy and his gorgeous daughters, D’Lila, Jessie, and Chance cover Essence Magazine’s “Power” Issue.
Inside the Issue that hits newsstands on Friday, the entertainment mogul shares about his relationship with Kim, “God had his hand in it.”
“There was total trust,” Diddy shared inside the publication. “Whenever I was around her, I felt as though God had his hand in it. I always felt like God had sent her. Nobody could love me the way she loved me, especially as, you know, as crazy as I acted. I mean, she loved me through some real s–t.”
Porter, who passed away on November 15, 2018, told Combs before she died to take care of her babies.
Three days before she passed, she wasn’t feeling well., he shares with Dream Hampton. She had the flu, and she sent the kids over to my house so they wouldn’t get sick. One night I was checking on her, and she was like, ‘Puffy, take care of my babies.’ She actually said that to me before she died.”
Combs and Kim have 3 kids together, D’Lila, Jessie and Christian Combs. She is also the mother of Quincy Brown with R&B singer Al B Sure. Diddy is also the father of Chance with stylist Sarah Chapman, and Justin Combs with celebrity stylist Misa Hylton.
