I remember this coming up during the 2008 campaign when it seemed, before the congregation of Jeremiah Wright's church, Obama flipped off Hillary. Here he uses the same gesture after Chuck Todd, who bluntly needs to get over himself, asks one unflattering question after another, of the President (and of Prime Minister Netanyahu).
