DHL’s Standard Forwarding Earns SmartWay Partner Status AgainEAST MOLINE, Ill., May 10, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Standard Forwarding, a U.S. less than truckload (LTL) carrier, and subsidiary of DHL Freight, has been awarded SmartWay Transport Partnership status for the fourth year in a row. As a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) SmartWay Transport Partner, the company reinforces its commitment to the environment. The Partnership is an innovative collaboration between the EPA and the freight industry, designed to significantly reduce greenhouse gases and air pollution.
