Verdict on Devil’s Knight
Devil’s Knight is a fantasy action movie following a rag-tag group of monster hunters hired to deal with a kingdom’s problem. However, once they start their hunt, they discover a bigger threat than expected.
This movie takes us into a world a kingdom, knights and demons. It creates the medieval environment well and creates a nice hierarchy for everyone living in the world. We get a simple mission and good monster creations. However, it struggles to connect because of the pure number of characters it wants to introduce us to. There is so much going on within this world, that we struggle to get enough focus on the simple concept of hunting a monster. It feels like it is trying to build on the Beowulf legend and on that side, it does things well. Overall, it makes for a fun fantasy movie, with big monsters, and sword swinging. It fits into a perfect late night action movie where you can have fun watching the chaos unfold.
Final Thoughts –Devil’s Knight is a fun late-night action movie.
