Description of Incident W/gamer ooTHETREEoo

Hello fellow gamers. I have another gamer to report and discuss. 
I jumped on Call of Duty MW3 for the first time today a little after 5pm central time. I played a game and player ooTHETREEoo was in the lobby. We were playing Terminal and he was on the other team. The entire game this player was on top of the building with the big propane tank with a Tactical Insert during "Kill Confirmed" match. Ok, not a big deal to me persay, but other players on my team were not happy about this. Once we got back to the lobby a player from the team I was on said something about it, and not in a mean way, he was just pointing it out. Well this sparked gamer ooTHETREEoo to just go off. Then the other player said something back to him and I THEN asked the other player to just stop cause ooTHETREEoo was just acting like he was to get a rise out of the other player. Now remember I am a female. Once I spoke to the player who was on my team about just not responding cause that is all ooTHETREEoo wanted him to do, ooTHETREEoo went crazy psycho on me calling me a bitch, cunt and much more. He is under the impression that he can speak to anyone how ever he wants with no consequences. He made it very clear that he did not care what XBOX LIVE or Infinity Ward thought about it! 
All I did was ask the other player who was not rudely complaining to ooTHETREEoo to just stop and next thing I know I was being called every name in the book. Listen to the recording on my Audio Recordings page. 
During the game we were in, on Arkaden, he kept going and going. I did not raise my voice to him or anything I just clearly told him he could disagree with me if he wanted but there was no need for all the shit he was saying to me. I did not attack him in anyway. He clearly just didn't like me trying to keep the peach cause honestly I was just not in the mood to hear any arguing and simply asked the other play to not indulge him. But that clearly did not work. 
Also during the game play ooTHETREEoo destroyed my balistic vests that I threw down and made it obvious on the recording that he did it on purpose. I have uploaded the video of that to my youtube channel for you to see as well.
