Denis O’Hare is to travel home again to support the Karene O’Hare Ovarian Cancer Memorial Run!
True Blood’s King of Mississippi, Denis O’Hare lost his mother, Karene O’Hare to Ovarian cancer in 2008. To help raise money to fight ovarian cancer is the “Hare and Tortoise Ovarian Cancer Run/Walk .” Denis is scheduled to participate in the event as he did in 2010. We supported Denis in his run at that time and you can read about that here.
This year’s Hare and Tortoise New Quarter Park 8K Run/Walk is being held on Saturday, September 8, 2012.
- Registration ends Friday, September 7th at 10:00 p.m.
- Race Day Registration and packet pick-up at 7:45 am
- 1 mile fun run/walk at 8:30 am
- 8K run/walk at 9:00 am
