Most of my denim is black, clean and tight. But there’s those occasions on which I’m ready for something new, something distressed, or even something sparkly. I had seen these shorts from Ashish and was obsessed, but immediately knew they weren’t going to be mine. Not my kind of price tag for a pair of shorts, sorry. When I spotted this distressed boyfriend denim with lots of sequins though, I fell for it again. It’s perfect for on those days I want to stand out (still I’d wear this with simple all black though) – OR bad hair days when these jeans totally distract people from my hair and draw their eyes to my jeans. Or when I go out but don’t feel like dressing up that much, these jeans will do the work for me. Never thought there were so many purposes for jeans with sequins!
