Generally speaking, when I style my denim on denim outfits, I usually go with blue on blue. A Canadian tuxedo is always a good idea (in my mind anyway!). This time I opted for a twist on my norm and styled a dark denim shirt with black denim pants. I have been reaching for so much chambray lately, I forgot I have an actual denim shirt in my closet too. It was time to break this beauty out and style it in a way I have not worn in an outfit post as of yet. I am so glad I tried out this combo!
By adding a faux leather jacket, faux fur stole, studded sunglasses, and my rip and repair tote bag, this outfit went from basic to street chic. I love when a very simple outfit feels (and looks) put together! I didn't have much time for hair this day, so a quick half-up top knot and I was ready to go. There are lots of days I need easy hair styles like this one to knock minutes off my getting ready time. Makes post-gym hair that much easier and saves me some dry shampoo to boot!
