If you know me, then you know I am a sucker for great denim. I have more pairs of jeans then I can count on two hands, and about five denim jackets at this point. What? That's totally normal (for a blogger maybe). ;) Silver Jeans recently sent me these crop, raw-edge jeans and this amazing oversized jacket and I couldn't be more excited to own either. I mean...denim perfection people! Side note, anyone else obsessing over the new raw-edge jeans trend? I absolutely love it and how this detail really changes up (or gives a bit more attitude to) a super basic look, such as jeans and a tee.
I love styling denim with denim but not necessarily always making it a Canadian tuxedo, although I am a fan of that pairing too. By adding this gorgeous turtleneck blouse and a red boot, my outfit took on an entirely new look. Plus I added a pop of hot pink in my lips and brought in a neutral color with my brown saddle bag. In the end, my pairing was casual enough for the party at my neighbor's house I was attending this night, but seemed more dressed up then jeans and a blouse. It's all in the styling ladies!
