Job description
We are looking to grow our London team with a talented Delivery Lead that has a passion for driving awesome mobile and web projects forward within our growing consultant team. Reporting to the Creative & Delivery Director, you are someone who is comfortable project managing your own projects whilst also advising the client within areas such as design thinking, product ownership, analytics and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own portfolio of client projects
- Manage the client projects by using the Agile methodology
- Advise clients within design thinking, product ownership, digital transformation and other related fields
- Motivate and lead a cross-functional project team (design, UX, development and QA)
- Create timelines, project plans and sprint plans
- Champion client communication
- Assist in sales activities, such as pitches, tenders and events
- Be a thought leader within Digital Project and Product Management

- Willingness to learn new tools and develop second skills
- Proven experience with managing digital projects using the agile methodology
- A problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- We are looking for a versatile consultant that has strong project management skill but beside that has another core capability such as analytics, product management, workshop facilitation etc
- Strives for the best possible for our clients through giving the client advice within your area of expertise
- A strong passion for digital tech and in particular mobile apps. In general up to date with latest trends
- Comfortable with handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment
- Recognises and fosters quality
- Confident presenting in front of clients
- At least 4 years of experience from a similar position
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Interest in traveling
- High level of experience with the following tools: Jira, Confluence, The Google Suite and Slack
