Delivery Director

Job description

We are looking to grow our London team with a Delivery Director that has a passion for driving awesome mobile and web projects forward within our growing consultant team. You are someone who is comfortable overseeing your own project portfolios and workstreams whilst also advising the client within areas such as design thinking, product ownership, analytics and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of client projects
• Manage the client projects by using the Agile methodology
• Advise clients within design thinking, product ownership, digital transformation and other related fields
• Motivate and lead a cross-functional project team (delivery, design, UX, development and QA)
• Create timelines, project plans and sprint plans
• Champion client communication
• Assist in sales activities, such as pitches, tenders and events
• Be a thought leader within Digital Project and Product Management

Requirements

• Willingness to learn new tools and develop second skills
• Proven Programme Manager experience with managing digital projects using the agile methodology
• A problem-solver with a can-do attitude
• We are looking for a versatile Director that has strong project management skill but beside that has another core capability such as analytics, product management, workshop facilitation etc
• Strives for the best possible for our clients through giving the client advice within your area of expertise
• A strong passion for digital tech and in particular mobile apps. In general up to date with latest trends
• Comfortable with handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment
• Recognize and foster quality
• Has a business mindset and are able to identify business opportunities when working with our clients
• Confident presenting in front of clients
• Are strong in stakeholder management
• At least 4 years of experience from a similar position
• Fluent in English
