The expansive Delhi Metro network comprises 6 lines engulfing around 190 Kms and includes 142 metrostations with 35 underground, 5 at-grade and the remaining ones elevated stations. Delhi Metro App
With the Delhi Metro App installed on your Android, iOS or Windows backed smartphone and tabs, you can gain complete access to all the small and big tidbits regarding the 6 metro lines, viz a viz, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Violet and Orange (Airport Express). This is how you can search for all the desired info:
- Tap Delhi Metro icon on your smartphone.
- In the menu at the right most bottom of the app screen, tap More.
- Tap All line information, the first option in the More screen.
- You will find the mention of all the lines in the next screen.
- Choose any line for which you want to get further details.
- For instance, tap Violet line to see the time the metro train takes to cover the distance between start and end stations, together with Fare and stops.
- This is followed by the list all the stations coming in between.
- You can tap any station to see even deeper details about that particular station.
- For instance, tapping Khan Market station will give you a host of related information such as Train timings, frequency, parking info, escalators and so on.
- Tapping on each of these respective options further would give even more details.
