We're headed down to Dallas, Texas on today's episode of A Tasting at The Murder Table for a review of a hazy IPA made by Deep Ellum Brewing Company. It goes by the name Lateral Haze and it clocks in at a robust 7.5% ABV.

Go sideways with dank and hoppy Lateral Haze IPA, a fruit-forward play by Simcoe, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops with pass protection by English malts. Fresh pineapple aroma and flavor drive this orange-hued hazy IPA toward the end zone. The only part of game day guaranteed not to disappoint.Given the lowish IBUs and the promise of balance from the English malts, we went into this tasting with high expectations.
