Story: Death Bitch starts as Alexis Walker (Swanson) wanders the streets to protect innocent victims. Gangs have taken over the South Bay area, attacking and killing their victims. The gang is run by Stella ‘Doggie Door’ Smith (Powers) who rules with an iron fist, leaving no survivors in their brutal attacks.

Meanwhile, Detective Maddie (Burr) is leading the investigation into the murders. However, a serial killer is also on the loose slashing through their victims. When the two collide, the streets start to feel safer for everyone around.

Verdict on Death Bitch

Death Bitch is a low-budget action horror following a vigilante eliminating the criminals who took her family. However, the police want to stop the killings and a serial killer is in operation in the area too.

This movie brings us the low-budget feeling of a vigilante story. It creates wacky criminal characters who stick out and mostly annoy you with their actions. When it comes to the action, it isn’t convincing with most being wild gunfire. The core story is something that works, as we see somebody who lost everyone they love wanting revenge on the gang. It is a tried and tested formula, and you want to see her get her revenge. Sadly, this will only get a certain audience interested, as it is shot in the style of a cult movie, which people can have fun watch, while others will look down on.

Where to Watch

American premiere Thursday, August 29th, at the Starlight Terrace Theatre in California. DVD & blu-ray of Death Bitch are available for pre-order now on Livid Media website.

Final Thoughts Death Bitch is a cult favorite in the making.
