Shake ’em up this December at Bar Soba
Bar Soba have some delicious Festive Cocktails which were all created in-house by their master mixologist, Scott Stevens, and feature traditional winter flavours such as vanilla, mint, almond and cinnamon, all shaken up with a modern twist.
North Pole Dancer £6.50
All of the best deliciously sweet Festive flavours come together to create this candy-cane coupe. Stolichnaya Vanilla vodka is shaken with crème de menthe, homemade cranberry bitters, half & half and almond syrup. Garnished with strawberry puree, grated nutmeg and a candy cane.
Ninjabread Man £7.00
Sugary-sweet Gingerbread with a ninja kick! Sailor jerry spiced rum, Vanilla Schnapps and Grand Marnier shaken with gingerbread syrup. Garnished with a cinnamon apple slice and a cheery looking gingerbread man (poor wee man is going to be munched!)
Cherry Christmas £7.00
May your Christmas be cherry and bright! Cherry brandy, cherry bitters, cherry syrup and cherry puree are cut with fresh lemon juice, apple juice and Finlandia cranberry vodka. Served in a snow-dusted coupe with maraschino cherries.
Naughty List £7.50
Christmas would be flat without bubbles so Bar Soba have given a classic fizz a Festive twist. Homemade spiced port syrup, Grand Marnier, Xante pear liqueur and lemon juice, charged with chilled Prosecco. Garnished with a cinnamon spiced pear slice. It’s nice if you’re feeling naughty!
Spiced Rum Punch (to share) £18.00
One of their infamous Skull buckets full to the brim with Sailor Jerry spiced rum, Amaretto, lime juice, vanilla syrup and cinnamon sultana puree. A big Christmas punch in the head!
