The bubble tea shop has opened a second location in Glasgow at Silverburn shopping centre which joins their highly successful Queen Street store.
Bubble tea, which originates in Taiwan, is tea based and infused with natural fruit flavourings or milk containing small tapioca pearls, also known as boba, at the bottom. The best thing about bubble tea? There are so many ways to make it!
First you pick your texture, either milky or fruity then you choose your flavor. If you go with milk you then choose your flavor which could be vanilla, strawberry, banana. Or if you prefer a fruit based drink your options include mango, lychee, passionfruit or apple. After deciding which tea base you prefer from green jasmine, assam, redbush and camomile, you can have it hot, ice-blended or cold.
Finally and this is the best part, you get to choose which topping you want! Whether it’s mango boba, green apple boba or aloe vera jelly, there is something for everyone’s taste buds.
