David Beckham starts fight with San Jose.
David Beckham used his amazing football prowess for evil during LA Galaxy’s match-up with San Jose this weekend when he tried to start a fight with another player by kicking a ball right at him. Bend it like Beckham, indeed.
Once the fight started really brewing, the blue-headed mascot got involved. The dust-up came after the news that the LA Galaxy midfielder was not chosen to represent Great Britain at the London 2012 Olympics. The Team GB Coach, Stuart Pierce, has defended his decision to “snub” Britain’s most marketable football asset, claiming that he chose his team for “football reasons”, and no other reasons, he told The Guardian.
