Many Dansals were organized across the country during the last few days on the occasion of Esala Poya. Compared to the past few years this year saw the largest number of Dansals across the country. In addition to Bakthi Gee recitals, exhibiting lanterns and pandals, Sil programmes and other religious activities were held. The Picture shows a rice dansala at Biyagama Siyambalape Junction.
