Every year, emerging Danish designers are chosen to display their wares at Mindcraft, an exhibit of up-and-coming Danish design coinciding with Milan's international design fair. Slideshow

This year’s curator Nina Tolstrup (See her bright London guesthouse here!) focused on the role craft plays in today’s society. “Global industrial manufacturing is becoming increasingly uniform, simplified and thus also more vulnerable to plagiarism. Craft is a powerful response – as well as an important source of inspiration for renewal and development in industrial manufacturing,” she says.
