Take the lift up to the 28 th floor of the Hilton on Park Lane. The height alone makes it seem that you are on the way to somewhere special.
Two
Eye up the Michelin starred Galvin at Windows restaurant and make your way to the bar area. You could reserve a window seat beforehand to make sure you can take advantage of the stunning views over Hyde Park and beyond.

Order a cocktail or two. They have a good range of gins – we can recommend the Botanist Gin served with Fever tree tonic.
Four
Have a few nibbles from the new La Nuit bar menu. We went for the Galvin Dog Deluxe and the Dirty Smoked Bacon Burger. These were tasty and a perfect combination to the drinks. They also have some amazing doughnuts on offer too.
Five
Dance at one of the highest venues in London. This menu is available until midnight and on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night you can dance the night away with a live DJ playing.
The bar at London’s Hilton on Park Lane is a sophisticated place to enjoy night out with friends. The views are stunning and the service is impeccable. With so many new bars opening in London we sometimes forget the glamour of a hotel bar. Make sure you go to this one.
