Curry By Lotus’ Opens in Colombo City Centre Filling Void of 100% Lankan Cuisine

Bringing the much needed 100% Sri Lankan cuisine and filling a great void at the Colombo City Centre, ‘Curry By Lotus’ opened at CCC recently.

One of the trio of founders of the venture said that there was a great demand for 100% authentic Sri Lanka cuisine to the CCC and this is why they opened to fill this void.

He said that in a bid to provide a large area to their guests the entire top floor of the CCC food country was acquired by them. “We will also use part of the space to create a kids play area to attract more families to dine and offer something for children as well.”

‘Curry By Lotus’ will also have special Sri Lankan music on weekends to provide additional entertainment for guests. He said that the trio of investors is already involved in the restaurant business and they plan to open two more ‘Curry By Lotus’ restaurants in Colombo next year.

“Our expertise team has also created special Sri Lankan dishes which are in high demand.”

The management has also come to an agreement with some of the beverage partners operating in the City Centre to provide them ‘special Sri Lankan bites.” ‘Curry By Lotus’ could accommodate around 100 guests.

To meet the growing demand from private sector staff we have also launched a special lunch take away and also ‘dinner service for households.
