CUPCAKES À LA CONFITURE / JAM CUPCAKES / CUPCAKES CON MERMELADA / كاب كيك بالمربى200g farine tout usage
¼ cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude
¾ cuillère à café de levure chimique
70g de sucre semoule
2 œufs
70 ml huile de canola
100 ml lait
Confiture
Zest d’une orange (facultatif)

200g all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon baking powder
70 g caster sugar
2 eggs
70 ml canola oil
100 ml milk
Jam
Zest of one orange (optional)

200 g de harina común
¼ de cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
¾ cucharadita de polvo para hornear
70 g de azúcar en polvo
2 huevos
70 ml de aceite de canola
100 ml de leche
Mermelada
Ralladura de una naranja (opcional)

200 غرام دقيق ابيض
¼ ملعقة صغيرة من بيكاربونات الصودا
¾ ملعقة صغيرة من خميرة الحلوى
70 غرام سكر سنيدة
بيضتان
70 مل زيت الكانولا
100 مل حليب 
مربى
قشرة برتقالة محكوكة (اختياري)

PRÉPARATION / METHOD / ELABORACIÓN /طريقة التحضيرCUPCAKES À LA CONFITURE / JAM CUPCAKES / CUPCAKES CON MERMELADA / كاب كيك بالمربى1- Dans un bol, tamiser la farine, la levure et le bicarbonate de soude. Mettre de côté. Dans un autre bol, battre le sucre et les œufs pendant 5 minutes, à l’aide d’un batteur manuel.
2- Ajouter l’huile puis le lait. Battre un peu, après chaque ajout.
3- Ajouter ce mélange liquide aux ingrédients secs en mélangeant doucement. Ajouter le zest d’orange  et mélanger un peu.
4- Verser la pâte dans les moules à cupcakes. Cuire au four à 350 F (176 C) pendant environ 15 minutes ou jusqu'à ce qu'un cure-dent inséré au center d'un cupcake en ressorte propre. Sortir les cupcakes du four et les laisser refroidir complétement sur une grille.
5- Découper le dessus des cupcakes. Déposer une cuillère à soupe de confiture sur chaque cupcake puis replacer le couvercle.

1- In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside. In another bowl, using a whisk, beat sugar and eggs for 5 minutes.
2- Add the oil and then the milk. Beat a little bit after each addition.
3- Add these wet ingredients to the dry ones, mixing gently. Add the orange zest and mix a little bit.
4- Pour the dough into the cupcake tins. Bake at 350 F (176 C) for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely on a rack.
5- Cut the top of the cupcakes. Place one tablespoon of jam on each cupcake then replace the lid.

1- En un tazón, tamizar la harina, polvo de hornear y bicarbonato de sodio. Poner de lado. En otro tazón, usando una batidora manual, batir el azúcar y los huevos durante 5 minutos.
2. Añadir el aceite y la leche. Batiendo un poco después de cada adición.
3- Añadir estos ingredientes húmedos a los ingredientes secos  mezclando suavemente. Añadir la ralladura de naranja y mezclar un poco.
4. Verter la mezcla en los moldes de cupcakes. Hornear a 350°F (176°C) durante unos 15 minutos o hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro de una magdalena, éste salga limpio. Sacar los cupcakes del horno y dejarlos enfriar por completo sobre una rejilla.
5- Cortar la parte superior de los cupcakes. Poner una cucharada de mermelada en cada cupcake, colocar la cubierta.

1- في وعاء، ينخل الدقيق وخميرة الحلوى و بيكاربونات الصودا.يوضع جانبا.
 في وعاء آخر، يطرب السكر والبيض لمدة 5 دقائق، بواسطة خلاط يدوي.
2. إضافة الزيت والحليب. الضرب قليلا بعد كل إضافة.
3- تضاف المكونات السائلة إلى المكونات الجافة و يخلط الكل بلطف. تضاف قشرة
 البرتقالة و يخلط بعض الشيئ.
4. يقسم الخليط في قوالب الكاب كيك. ثم يخبزالكاب كيك في الفرن على درجة 350 فهرنهايت (176 مئوية) لمدة 15 دقيقة. يخرج الكاب كيك من الفرن ويترك ليبرد فوق شبكة حديدية. 5- يقطع راس الكاب كيك. توضعملعقة كبيرة من المربى فوق الكاب كيك ثم يتم وضع الغطاء.CUPCAKES À LA CONFITURE / JAM CUPCAKES / CUPCAKES CON MERMELADA / كاب كيك بالمربىCUPCAKES À LA CONFITURE / JAM CUPCAKES / CUPCAKES CON MERMELADA / كاب كيك بالمربى
