On a flight to New York, I had a Coke and Bishoff cookies. Since I have eaten both Coca-Cola cupcakes at West Egg Cafe in Atlanta, and I have baked cupcakes with Biscoff, then it makes sense to create a recipe to incorporate both of those flavors. I have created this recipe yet, but I would welcome any ideas from cupcake bakers.
