The Cthulhu Mulan MTL RDTA sports a base diameter of 22mm. Additionally, it's primarily constructed of stainless steel and glass material. It has a 2ml maximum e-liquid capacity, which isn't the most when compared to other RDTAs.
However, it fills from the top, which makes it much easier, and quicker to fill. Also, since it's designed for mouth to lung vaping, you won't be plowing through e-liquid, that's for sure.
