Critically Injured Boy's Dad Forgives Motorcyclists, but 'please Just Surrender'

The father of a four-year-old boy, who remains unconscious and in critical condition after being struck by a motorcycle Sunday in Toronto, says he forgives the driver but doesn’t understand how someone could speed away from a badly injured child.
